AI Agentics cookie policy

This policy explains how AI Agentics uses cookies and similar technologies on aiagentics.io — what they do, why we set them, and how you stay in control of your preferences.

  • Last updated: June 2026
  • GDPR & ePrivacy aware
  • SOC 2 aligned

The short version

We use a small number of cookies to keep aiagentics.io secure and working, to remember your settings, and — only with your consent — to understand how the product is used so we can improve it. Strictly necessary cookies are always on; everything else is optional and can be turned off at any time without breaking core functionality.

Last updated: June 2026. This AI Agentics cookie policy applies to the aiagentics.io website, dashboard, documentation, and related web properties operated by AI Agentics (the "Platform"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more broadly, and our Terms of Service.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. On each subsequent request, your browser sends the cookie back, which lets the site recognize your session, remember preferences, and keep you signed in. Cookies cannot run code, read unrelated files, or carry viruses — they are simply key-value records scoped to a specific domain.

In this policy, "cookies" also covers closely related technologies that serve a similar purpose, including:

  • Local and session storage — browser storage we use to cache UI state and hold short-lived tokens.
  • Pixels and tags — tiny markers used to measure whether a page or email was loaded.
  • Software development kit (SDK) identifiers — device or installation identifiers used by some embedded tools.

Cookies are either first-party (set by aiagentics.io) or third-party (set by a service we embed). They are also classified by lifespan: a session cookie is deleted when you close the browser, while a persistent cookie stays until it expires or you delete it.

How we use cookies

We use cookies for a deliberately narrow set of purposes. Each cookie we set falls into one of the categories described below, and we keep the footprint as small as the job allows. Specifically, we use cookies to:

  • Authenticate and secure — keep you signed in across pages, protect sign-in forms against cross-site request forgery, and detect abusive or automated traffic.
  • Remember preferences — store choices like theme, language, workspace, and which onboarding steps you have completed so the Platform feels consistent.
  • Measure and improve — understand, in aggregate, which features and documentation pages are used so we can fix rough edges and prioritize the roadmap.
  • Attribute responsibly — where you consent, learn which campaigns introduced people to AI Agentics so we invest in the channels that genuinely help builders find us.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles across unrelated sites, and we do not sell the data collected through them. For the full picture of the data we process and the legal bases we rely on, see the Privacy Policy.

Types of cookies we use

We group every cookie into one of four categories. The table below summarizes each category, a representative example, and whether it can be disabled. Only strictly necessary cookies are always on; the rest are optional.

CategoryPurpose & exampleCan be disabled?
Strictly necessaryCore security and session handling — e.g. the sign-in session token and CSRF protection.
FunctionalRemember your settings — e.g. theme, language, and selected workspace.
AnalyticsAggregated, privacy-respecting usage metrics — e.g. which docs pages are most read.
MarketingCampaign attribution where you consent — e.g. which referral introduced you to AI Agentics.
Strictly necessary cookies
Required for the Platform to function and stay secure. They keep you signed in, balance traffic, and protect forms from cross-site attacks. Because they are essential, they are always active and do not require consent.
Functional cookies
Remember the choices you make so the experience is personalized — theme, language, region, and dismissed prompts. Disabling them is harmless but means some preferences reset on each visit.
Analytics cookies
Help us understand usage in aggregate: page views, feature adoption, and where people get stuck. We configure analytics to minimize identifiers and never use it to track you across other websites.
Marketing cookies
Set only with your consent to measure campaign performance and attribution. They help us understand which content and channels bring builders to AI Agentics. You can decline these with no loss of functionality.

Consent in regulated regions

In the EU, UK, and other regions with similar laws, non-essential cookies (functional, analytics, and marketing) load only after you opt in through our consent banner. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt because the service cannot run without them.

Managing your preferences

You are in control. You can accept or reject optional cookie categories at any time, and your choice is remembered for future visits. There are several ways to manage cookies:

  • Our consent controls — use the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or reopen preferences from the link in the website footer, to toggle functional, analytics, and marketing categories.
  • Your browser settings — every major browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) lets you view, block, and delete cookies. You can clear existing cookies or refuse new ones from the privacy or security section of your settings.
  • Device-level controls — operating systems and "Do Not Track" / Global Privacy Control signals can also limit some tracking technologies, which we honor where technically feasible.

Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop you from signing in or using core parts of the Platform. Because cookie preferences are stored in a cookie, clearing all cookies will also reset your saved choices and prompt you to choose again.

Third-party cookies

Some features rely on trusted third-party providers that may set their own cookies when their content is loaded. We keep this list short and vet each provider for security and privacy. Typical third parties include:

  • Analytics providers — to measure aggregate usage of the website and documentation.
  • Content delivery and security networks — to serve assets quickly and mitigate bot and denial-of-service traffic.
  • Embedded media and support tools — such as video players or in-app help widgets that appear on certain pages.

These providers are governed by their own cookie and privacy policies, and the data they collect is subject to their terms. We require appropriate safeguards from our processors and review our integrations and vendors as part of our security program. You can limit third-party cookies through the same browser controls described above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, present the updated consent banner so you can review your choices again.

We encourage you to revisit this page periodically. Continuing to use aiagentics.io after an update means the current version of this policy applies to your use of the Platform.
